The Wasatch Ice Hockey Officials Association, Inc.(WIHOA) is a not for profit organization of ice hockey officials in the state of Utah. WIHOA officials are all certified USA Hockey officials. This organization purpose is to:

• Further the interests of ice hockey officials
• Maintain the highest standards of ice hockey officiating
• Promote the welfare of ice hockey, its players, parents, administrators, fans, the media, and officials
• Encourage the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship
• Work with other organizations and associations connected with ice hockey and other sports to further amateur sports and all persons involved with amateur sports
• Provide educational programs to advance the skills of ice hockey officials
• Work with ice hockey administrators to provide qualified officials to officiate ice hockey
• Conduct programs to encourage public appreciation for the skill and professional competence of ice hockey officials
