The WIHOA Board of Directors have approved the use of a scheduling program call The Arbiter. All games after December 31st, 2005 will be scheduled using this system.

The new system can be accessed by going to http://www.thearbiter.net. You will be asked for your username which will be your email address that you provided to WIHOA. Your password has been set to a default password. You should have received this in an email from the Arbiter system. If you do not have a password, please contact Jim McKenna jimm@goldsystems.com. After successful login you can modify your password and set your block out dates.
