- You must attend the entire seminar
- Re-registrants: Bring complete ref uniform; notebook and PENCIL for the closed book tests. Also, register online at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
- NEW registrants: Bring skates; helmet; whistle; notebook and pencil/pen
